I am seeking remote or hybrid roles where I can apply policy writing, content creation, and proofreading skills within collaborative teams that value impact, professional growth, and clear communication.

I am a resourceful, self-driven communications professional with a First-Class Honours degree in English for Professional Communication and hands-on experience in policy research, content creation, and proofreading.

In my current role as Assistant Director at the Ministry of Economy, I have contributed to the Mid-Term Review of the Twelfth Malaysia Plan and supported national projects such as GovTech, PADU, and Bantuan Miskin Tegar, while producing policy research, documentation, and internal reporting.

As a freelancer, I create short-form digital content for social platforms and provide proofreading services for academic and official documents, achieving typical post reach of 5k–10k and using tools like CapCut and Canva to produce engaging material.

Earlier roles in education, hospitality operations, and retail taught me classroom management, customer service, operations coordination, and social media-driven reservations and marketing—skills I bring to remote or hybrid roles that value clear communication, analytical rigor, and digital content expertise.
