I’m a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping customers feel heard and supported. At Milvik Tanzania, I learned to deal with customers effectively and write clear, empathetic emails that de-escalate frustrated customers.

In my Sales Officer role at Wadsworth, I built stronger customer communication skills while learning marketing strategies. I practiced aligning conversations with customer needs so we could agree on our products and recognize the value of our service.

My academic foundation is a Bachelor of Arts in Language studies (University of Dar es salaam), which strengthens how I communicate and adapt my message. I use that language strength to support smooth interactions across different situations.

I bring management Skills, creativity, critical thinking, negotiation, and leadership into every conversation. My goal is to contribute to a team that prioritizes respectful customer experience and continuous improvement.
