I’m a dedicated healthcare professional with experience supporting patients, families, and clinical teams in healthcare settings. I’m also an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), focused on compassionate communication and maintaining accurate, confidential records.

In my current role as a Registered Behavior Technician, I provided individualized healthcare support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a clinical setting. I maintain clinical documentation such as progress notes and behavioral data, follow individualized care plans and clinical guidelines, and handle sensitive information with HIPAA-compliant practices.

I also bring strong coordination and service skills from my Healthcare Assistant experience, where I supported clients with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care needs. I communicated with clients, families, and supervisors about care needs and condition changes, while following infection prevention and control procedures and documenting and reporting concerns appropriately.

I collaborate with BCBAs and multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care, and I’m comfortable managing challenging situations through de-escalation and emotional regulation. I’m seeking to leverage my healthcare experience and strong organizational skills as a Remote Patient Access Representative.
