I’m a Healthcare operations and behavioral health professional with experience supporting clinic leadership, healthcare providers, patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams across ABA and healthcare settings. I focus on keeping daily clinic operations running smoothly while maintaining accurate records and compliance.

In my current role as a Registered Behavior Technician / Operations Support at Golden Steps ABA, I assist clinic leadership with daily operational needs, workflow coordination, and clinic opening/closing procedures. I support staff communication, scheduling needs, day-to-day problem solving, and mentoring new team members on clinic procedures and workflow expectations.

Across my experience in PT and ABA settings, I’ve coordinated patient scheduling, insurance verification, appointment management, and front-office operations. I serve as a primary point of contact for patients, providers, and caregivers, and I assist therapists with treatment sessions while maintaining detailed documentation and data collection systems.

I bring a strong commitment to teamwork and service delivery, collaborating with caregivers, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate communication and improve efficiency. With RBT certification and multiple safety and resilience credentials, I’m ready to help clinics deliver high-quality care with dependable operational support.
