What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can use my communication, listening, and hosting strengths to support customers. I want a team that values strong service metrics, coaching, and opportunities to grow.

I’m a Customer Service Representative who brings strong communication and listening skills to every interaction. I’m known for staying attentive, helpful, and focused on delivering a positive customer experience.

In my Concentrix role, I worked directly with customers as a Customer Service Representative from September 2023 to January 2024. I also earned Outstanding Advisor recognition in tNPS, with an exemplary performance and 100% tNPS Score during the 10-Day Transition.

Before and alongside work, I built confidence in performance and expression through school achievements. I won competitions such as singing and dance, and I also passed the Dubai Round with my teammates representing my school in the World Scholars Cup.

I enjoy learning and sharing ideas through reading, writing poetry, and journaling. I’m excited to bring my people skills and upbeat, coachable energy to a role where I can support customers and grow professionally.
