I've managed two active online stores, working directly with suppliers in China through Alibaba and AliExpress, handling orders, supplier communication, international shipping, and product sourcing. I later sold the stores for a total of NIS 22,000.

In my current municipal service role at Lehavim Local Council, I help residents by phone, provide clear information, and route service requests to the right departments in a busy environment.

I've also worked independently in fully remote online operations, managing online communication, account tasks, and daily workflows while building strong time-management and problem-solving habits.

My service in the Israel Defense Forces, across the Artillery Corps and Medical Corps, strengthened my discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure. I work confidently in Hebrew and English and learn new systems quickly.
