I’m looking to lead end-to-end ERP/SaaS and digital transformation initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams on executive governance, go-live readiness, and measurable benefits—especially where AI/data programs drive operational excellence and growth.

I’m a PMP-certified Senior Project Manager with 13 years of experience leading ERP, SaaS, healthcare technology, FinTech/EOR, and operational transformation initiatives across international and regulated environments. I focus on end-to-end delivery—project planning, milestone execution, workstream coordination, RAID and dependency management, change control, and go-live readiness.

I’ve led cross-functional teams across IT, Product, Finance, Operations, HR, Compliance, BI/Analytics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, and Customer Success—bringing executive reporting and PMO/TMO governance to every phase. I run steering committee routines, manage delivery KPIs, produce decision materials, and track benefits realization with clear stakeholder governance.

In my most recent role at AMX Healthcare, I led the rollout, onboarding, and training of an AMX ERP Platform for 8+ U.S. healthcare clients, coordinating a 25-person IT team and owning budget planning, forecasting, and cost control. I also spearheaded complex partner and platform integrations (including ADP, Salesforce, and FBI-related compliance workflows) and implemented Agile and hybrid delivery practices using Scrum and Kanban to increase predictability and delivery speed.

Previously at Metalli Aços Especiais, I structured an Operational Excellence department using Lean and Agile practices to improve process maturity and OEE visibility, while deploying Effective ERP and Salesforce CRM. Earlier experiences included SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM rollouts, data/automation workstreams (Power BI, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, APIs), and building program governance for C-level stakeholders—always with measurable outcomes like adoption improvements, operational workload reduction, and revenue growth.
