Mariana Fonseca

I’m a Senior Project Manager with 8+ years of experience delivering complex, client-facing projects at the intersection of technology, data, and business. Fully remote across international environments in Latin America and Europe, I own multiple concurrent initiatives end-to-end while bridging business stakeholders and technical partners. I maintain exceptional client relationships through consistent, proactive communication and strong stakeholder governance.

In my current role, I own end-to-end delivery of digital and AI-adjacent projects for international business clients, managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through delivery. I produce executive status reports and performance dashboards to keep senior leadership and international partners fully informed. I use AI tools daily—Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini—to accelerate documentation, reporting, and communication.

Previously, I led a centralized BI platform implementation at Palladium Brazil, serving as the primary client liaison from kickoff through go-live and BAU handover, coordinating between business and technical teams for ~40 users. I also managed a 100,000-hectare program across 9 enterprise partner organizations and coordinated cross-functional remote delivery across Latin America and Europe. Alongside that, I’ve driven process improvement and implementation work across roles including Page Outsourcing, Deloitte, and Itaú Unibanco, and I’m currently completing a degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at FIAP.
