I am a Senior Technology Project Manager with over 10 years leading large-scale, international technology initiatives across agile, directive, and supportive PMO models. I specialize in aligning business strategy with technical execution to deliver predictable results in complex environments.

I have led SaaS implementations, enterprise project delivery, and digital transformation programs, managing risk, governance, and cross-functional multicultural teams.
