I have also participated in and led M&A projects, including due diligence, integrations, and spin-offs, in collaboration with major global consultancies.

I hold a PMP certification from PMI, an MBA in Business Management from FGV, and a graduate degree in Mechanical Technology from Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo.
