At Globant GUT, I own a real estate client's CRM end to end, orchestrating email, push, in-app, and web push campaigns in Braze. I handle copy, adaptations, creatives, and email builds while reviewing lifecycle proposals and optimizing automated journeys.
I also work on an agri-food client's Selligent email program, including scheduled and multi-language sends. I'm part of the team migrating the account to Adobe Journey Optimizer, and I manage weekly and daily newsletter cadences across accounts.
Previously, at Punto A Partes – Agency, I managed content calendars and campaign delivery for client accounts, and built automated conversational flows and lead-capture sequences in ManyChat. I also developed an internal system to track clients and tasks, replacing spreadsheets and improving team workflows.
