What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can keep owning CRM and lifecycle execution end-to-end—building journeys, running A/B tests, and turning performance reporting into practical optimisation.

I’ve managed the end-to-end delivery of weekly newsletters across 12 European shops (~590K subscribers) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, from segmentation to performance analysis.

At The Creative Club GmbH, I handled the editorial calendar and sending schedule across French, English, and German markets, coordinating content, design, and campaign teams.

I’ve built automated lifecycle journeys for personalisation and retention, and I follow a structured A/B testing roadmap for subject lines, CTAs, and visual elements—evaluating results at a 95% confidence level.

More recently, I run independent CRM projects remotely, working across Klaviyo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including a Klaviyo advanced abandoned-cart flow case study and an independent audit of The Ordinary’s welcome journey.
