HR Business Partner & Team Lead. 15 years across payroll, accounting, and HR, the last 8 in full-cycle HR for iGaming and maritime staffing: international mobility, people care, payroll, C&B, compliance.
Most recently ran HR for a 250-person marketing and product company within an iGaming holding (20+ brands), with no HR director above me. Led an HR team of 4, reported to the CEO.

Results:
– Caught a €576K lease penalty leadership had budgeted at €45K and negotiated a clean exit with legal
– Moved manager effectiveness from 6.1 to 8.4 through coaching on 1-on-1s and feedback
– Built the global mobility program: 95% visa approval, permit processing down from 8 to 5.5 weeks
– Cut onboarding time to first productivity by 30%
– Implemented Sage HR from scratch as the company's HRIS

Now advising companies in iGaming and other regulated sectors on payroll compliance, compensation structuring, and EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation, plus immigration and residence permit cases for private individuals.
