HR Business Partner & Team Lead with 8 years in HR across iGaming and maritime. Have run complete HR functions, led small teams, owned payroll, C&B, global mobility, and compliance. Most recently reported to CEO of a 250-person company within an iGaming holding (20+ brands).

Results:

- Caught €576K contractual risk leadership had underestimated as €45K. Exited without the penalty.

- Moved manager effectiveness from 6.1 to 8.4 through targeted coaching.

- Built global mobility from scratch: 95% visa approval, permit processing 8 weeks to 5.5.

- Ran annual comp review across 250 employees including benchmarking and calibration.

Before iGaming: 4.5 years in maritime staffing (multi-flag payroll, attrition reduced from 24% to 9%) and 7 years in payroll and accounting services for 20+ IT/e-commerce entities.
