What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support executives and teams remotely—owning reporting, dashboards, and coordination—while contributing data-driven improvements to finance, partnerships, and day-to-day operations.

I’m a detail-oriented, highly organized virtual assistant with over 8 years of experience supporting administration, reporting, stakeholder coordination, financial analysis, and business support. I’m known for managing communications, preparing professional documents, and maintaining databases while staying reliable with deadlines and multiple priorities.

In my recent roles at Great Zimbabwe University, I drafted MOUs, business proposals, financial budgets, and commercialisation plans, coordinating investor engagements and stakeholder collaborations. I also strengthened institutional sustainability by implementing structured reporting systems and formal partnership frameworks, while improving financial accuracy through reconciliations and ledger management as an Accounting Assistant.

I’ve also led branch operations as a Branch Team Leader at Kuntem Traders, evaluating SME credit applications and monitoring loan performance metrics to protect portfolio quality.
