I’m a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant and IT professional with 15+ years of experience supporting business operations, customer service, administration, documentation, and technical support. I’m highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in remote environments.

In my work as an Information Technology Consultant (self-employed, 2013–Present), I manage client communications, schedules, documentation, and project follow-up. I prepare reports, maintain records, coordinate installations, and conduct online research to support both technical and customer needs.

Earlier, as a Banking Officer at Guaranty Trust Bank (2006–2013), I delivered excellent customer service and relationship management while preparing reports and supporting campaigns. That experience strengthened my communication, time management, and accuracy—skills I bring to every task, from email and calendar management to CRM coordination.
