I’m looking for a role where I can support customers, manage day-to-day operations, and help with product decisions. I work best in a team that values clear communication, steady execution, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Business Owner who’s built my work around dependable customer service and day-to-day operational control. At Elli’s Bakery (2020–2021), I supported hospitality and customer engagement while handling daily cash flow to keep things running smoothly.

Since 2021, I’ve owned and operated a store where I identify market needs and lead supplier handling. I manage product management, product pricing, and market demand, and I focus on customer engagement to keep customers coming back.

I bring a practical business-and-systems mindset from my Bachelor of Science and Business Administration studies, plus computer literacy training. With a grounding in communication, customer relations, basic bookkeeping, and computer literacy, I aim to deliver results and improve processes every day.
