I’m looking for remote customer support/virtual assistant work where I can respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and keep records accurately—while learning new online tools and systems to deliver quality service.

I’m a reliable, customer-focused professional with hands-on experience in customer service, sales support, clerical tasks, and small business management. I handle inquiries and complaints professionally, staying organized and self-motivated in remote and online roles.

In my current role as a Small Business Owner (Remote/On-site), I manage daily operations including customer communication, order handling, record keeping, and basic transactions. I also organize schedules, tasks, and follow-ups, bringing a strong work ethic and time management to every interaction.

Before that, I worked as a Sales Assistant/ Retail Assistant, Store Clerk, and Cashier—supporting customers with product questions, handling complaints calmly, and maintaining accurate daily records. I’m comfortable using computers, email, and social media platforms to support clients and deliver quality service.
