At Amerit Fleet Solutions, I built and led the enterprise Learning & Development function for a national fleet maintenance organization, scaling the team from the ground up to eight people. I established learning infrastructure, onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and measurement practices across online learning, field training, and program management.
I’ve led enterprise learning initiatives at Hendrick Automotive Group and designed consulting learning solutions for diverse clients at TrainingFolks. My work includes building an internal ANSI inspection academy that drove a 2,254% year-over-year increase in inspection revenue and launching company-wide onboarding with a 4.9/5 training impact score.
