Serve as Technical Business Analyst and Process Lead for the Embedded Finance team, owning end-to-end delivery process design from sales handoff through implementation, go-live, and maintenance. Designed and built the EmFi team's end-to-end process flow covering the full client lifecycle, and automated onboarding workflows using Appian's Implementation Engine and enterprise AI tools.
