I'm leading Liberty Bank's LenderLink Pro conversion, driving requirements, stakeholder management, UAT, and rollout for a faster commercial lending platform.

I build Power BI and Tableau reporting across lending systems, turning Sageworks, Mortgage Cadence, and other banking data into pipeline, funding, workload, and portfolio insights for leadership. I also write and optimize T-SQL, maintain SQL Server Agent jobs, and support reliable automated reporting.

Previously at Stride Bank, I owned the loan-origination platform end to end and re-engineered 12+ lending workflows into a unified intake model that increased processing efficiency by 40%. I also developed SQL-driven RBAC controls that reduced audit exceptions by 35% and translated OCC and FDIC requirements into automated controls.
