What I'm looking for
I’m an Enterprise Program and Portfolio Management leader with 15+ years delivering large-scale transformation initiatives in highly regulated financial services environments. I drive governance, regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and cross-functional execution while aligning business objectives, technology delivery, and risk management.
I establish scalable operating models and improve transparency through data-driven reporting. At Freddie Mac, I designed and operationalized a federated operating model with SOPs, decision frameworks, and audit-ready documentation, and I launched a New Technology Request intake and review process to balance innovation with risk.
From September 2021 to June 2024, I managed enterprise programs focused on regulatory compliance, issue remediation, and enterprise risk reduction. I built executive dashboards, issue tracking, and communications to provide visibility into program health and partnered with senior leadership to anticipate risks and resolve execution challenges.
Earlier, I led multiple concurrent technology initiatives as an IT Lead Project Manager / Scrum Master (CSM), including transitioning a 23-person team to Modern Delivery and Agile. I also bring strong BA and systems experience—eliciting requirements, translating them into user stories, and supporting delivery through UAT and production deployment.
