I’m looking for a remote-first organisation where I can build and fix operational systems, own compliance and procurement end-to-end, and lead teams effectively—using my legal expertise to reduce risk and drive measurable outcomes.

I’m a qualified Barrister and an Operations, Compliance and Legal professional with 10+ years of experience spanning UK customs compliance, legal practice, procurement, and team leadership. I’m at my best when I’m building from the ground up—designing the operational systems and processes that teams can rely on.

At Boohoo Group (a £1.8bn revenue retailer), I helped build the Import and Export department from scratch, growing it from a single analyst to a 20-person team. I owned end-to-end import compliance and helped reduce customs warehouse discrepancies by 46% through targeted process improvements—delivering measurable cost impact and cleaner audit outcomes.

Most recently, I founded and ran the full commercial and procurement operations of an early-stage consumer goods company. I negotiated and secured a wholesale contract with ROCCABOX valued at approximately £16,000, built the Shopify e-commerce experience, and managed supplier sourcing, inventory planning, pricing strategy, and delivery end-to-end despite supplier delays.

Before that, I led mortgage compensation claims—processing 500+ claims with near-100% accuracy while managing and mentoring a team. I’m also actively involved in policy and legal reform work (including PEBEC Steering Committee contributions), and I’m now bringing this combination of legal expertise and hands-on operations execution to a remote-first organization that builds, fixes, and gets things done.
