What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a growing IT services or technology business where I can own full lifecycle contracts end-to-end—negotiating, governing risk, and building a scalable contracting function with senior autonomy and strong cross-team partnership.

I’m a commercially minded contracts leader with over ten years’ experience owning the full contract lifecycle in technology, SaaS, and IT services—from bid and tender support through drafting, negotiation, execution, renewal, and exit. I operate with clear authority, advising ExCo and cross-functional stakeholders with pragmatic, risk-aware guidance.

Most recently, I held sole ownership of the legal and commercial contract function for a PE-backed, multi-entity group. I built the contracting infrastructure from scratch, independently resolved contract escalations, and negotiated directly with clients, suppliers, and external legal counsel across EMEA and the United States. I also partnered closely with the DPO to support data protection agreements and privacy-by-design requirements.

I’ve supported the launch of new SaaS and technology-led services by building commercially robust documentation and playbooks from the ground up. In one role, I owned an annual caseload of approximately 600–800 contractual matters across multiple entities and reduced average contract turnaround time by approximately 40–50% through template standardisation and process redesign.

I’m equally focused on governance and scalability: I designed and implemented contract governance infrastructure (including 20+ customer and supplier-facing templates and CLM-based e-signature workflows), reducing escalations to senior leadership by over 60% and improving audit readiness. I’m now seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager role where I can establish and lead a successful contracting function within a growing IT services or technology business.
