Gracious Makumbe

I’m a motivated Information Technology student at Gweru Polytechnic with practical experience across customer service, retail operations, and branch supervision. I handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and keep service delivery consistent.

In my roles, I processed transactions accurately and efficiently, assisted clients with product selection, and maintained store organization and stock records. As a Branch Supervisor, I supervised daily branch operations and staff performance while preparing operational reports.

I’m confident using Microsoft Office applications, completing data entry and record management work, and communicating clearly to support customers and teams. I’m seeking a remote Customer Support or Administrative role in a global organization where I can contribute my reliability, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
