I am a passionate, self-motivated Computer Science undergraduate working toward a Bachelor of Science with a targeted graduation in 2024. I bring hands-on customer service experience across retail and warehouse environments, volunteer administrative support, and training experience that improves team productivity. I am proficient in Excel, Microsoft documentation and reporting, and comfortable using workforce systems like KRONOS.

I have a track record of assisting customers, supporting students with FAFSA processes, and training new coworkers to complete online and in-person orders. I’m eager to apply my problem-solving, communication, and technical foundations in an entry-level role where I can grow and contribute positively.
