I’m a friendly, patient, and detail-oriented Accounting student at Ekiti State University, and I’m seeking an entry-level Customer Support Representative position. I bring over five years of experience assisting customers in a family-owned retail business, always focused on delivering a positive customer experience.

In my Sales & Customer Service Assistant role, I assisted customers with product inquiries and purchases, responded politely to questions, and resolved complaints. I also recorded daily sales accurately and maintained transaction records, while working with team members to provide efficient service.
