I'm looking for a customer-focused role where I can resolve member or client issues, strengthen relationships, improve support processes, and collaborate across teams to deliver excellent experiences.

I support members and customers with timely, personalized solutions, drawing on over four years of experience across hospitality, telecommunications, technology, and service environments.

At The Gathering Spot, I coordinate with internal teams, maintain membership records, resolve service requests, and support events and community initiatives that strengthen member relationships.

Previously at AirtimeFlip Technology Limited, I assisted users by phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting technical concerns and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

I also managed full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training, engagement, and payroll support at TalenthubHR Network. I use CRM and workflow tools including Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Asana, Monday.com, Front, and Google Workspace to improve service and operations.
