What I'm looking for
I am a highly motivated and committed young professional with a strong academic background in Computer science, and work experience in troubleshooting hardware, software and network terminologies. I provide technical support while handling user requests and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Currently as an End User Support Assistant at Klyn-Technologies, I provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email and in person. I diagnose and resolve hardware, network and software issues, log and track issues using help desk ticketing systems, and conduct routine system maintenance and updates.
I also support printers, scanners and other peripheral devices, and assist in assembling hardware components. I make sure problem analysis and solving is done properly so services are delivered with quality.
Before this, as an Assistant sales team leader at Sipro Educational Services, I monitored company assets such as printers and computers and handled client complaints through escalations to management. I coordinated the team through strategic planning and division of roles, and applied Microsoft Office for report writing and presentations—building my effectiveness in communicating with users and working under pressure.
