I'm seeking an entry-level IT position or internship where I can apply network basics, data management, computer troubleshooting, and technical communication in technical support, IT helpdesk assistance, or systems hardware operations.

I've supported practical ICT and Computer Studies lessons at Seeta High School by preparing computer workstations and helping classmates use applications, manage files, and save work correctly.

I monitored network cabling connectivity, identified hardware issues, and reported errors to the lab administrator. My hands-on foundation includes computer components, peripherals, Windows configuration, and basic local network layouts.

As Team Lead for Continuous Assessment ICT Portfolios, I designed practical projects using spreadsheet algorithms and structured database queries. I also formatted, proofread, and compiled multi-page digital reports for curriculum reviews.
