What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a professional IT environment where I can handle help desk tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software and network issues, and deliver clear customer support—while continuing to grow my technical skills through real-world challenges.

I’m a self-motivated IT personnel with experience in technical support, data management, software maintenance, and digital marketing. I’m detail-oriented and focused on troubleshooting hardware/software issues, network configuration, and user problems in a practical, service-first way.

In my Help Desk Specialist internship role, I handled user support through phone, email, chat, and ticketing, diagnosing issues like login problems, application errors, device malfunctions, and connectivity challenges. I also managed incident and ticket workflows by logging, tracking, prioritizing, documenting, and escalating complex issues when needed.

I’ve built hands-on confidence in system setup and maintenance—installing and configuring computers, operating systems, applications, and peripherals. I managed account and access tasks (user accounts, passwords, permissions, and basic security settings), maintained documentation and knowledgebases, supported basic security activities like antivirus tools, patches, and backups, and tracked assets, licenses, and inventory.

Alongside IT, I bring customer-facing sales experience from internet sales and sales agent work—promoting and installing services, completing customer documentation, handling objections professionally, and providing after-sales follow-up. I’m now seeking a professional IT environment where I can contribute strong technical and interpersonal skills while growing my support and troubleshooting capabilities.
