As a Chicago-based researcher, I leverage my background in behavioral neuroscience to inform human-centered design. With a strong foundation in behavioral design techniques, I strive to create designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also drive behavioral change.

Planned and conducted over 20 user research projects using various methods to uncover insights in the human experience design studio. Led research for the Retail Operating System team, driving development of new gas station technologies and the bp loyalty app to enhance the customer experience and enable operational efficiency for employees.
SDLeveraged ethnographic research practices to study the challenges of dog anxiety and presented findings at the Purina Hackathon to inspire empathy and understanding in student’s designs. Designed a workshop to teach 4H students about the practices of human centered design
