What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can run evaluative UX research for technical products, study how people interpret complex systems, and partner with PMs and engineers to turn findings into responsible, production-ready design decisions.

I’m a UX researcher specializing in tools for knowledge workers and technical users, with an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction and research experience in AI systems, data visualization tools, and complex technical interfaces. At DePaul’s RAISE Lab, I research how technical users interact with AI systems and how system design shapes understanding and behavior—directly informing responsible AI work and developer/data-science tooling.

I bring 7 years of professional practice translating complex technical requirements into user-centered design decisions. I scope and run evaluative research, including usability testing and iterative prototype testing, and translate findings into actionable recommendations across product areas—such as validating interpretability improvements in production and delivering research-backed dashboard insights, while also strengthening synthesis through thematic analysis, journey mapping, and persona creation.
