I seek UX research or design roles on cross-functional, mission-driven teams where I can apply psychology-informed, mixed-methods research to drive evidence-based product decisions and improve accessibility and usability.

I am a User Experience Researcher and Designer with a psychology foundation who drives evidence-based product decisions and aligns stakeholder goals with user needs.

At Pagan Interactive I conducted moderated usability tests, synthesizing over 50 qualitative insights and creating 20+ high-fidelity mobile app screens in Figma to guide two major design iterations and clarify interactions.

As a Registered Behavior Technician I delivered data-informed therapy, collecting and analyzing behavioral data daily and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to iterate on treatment plans and improve outcomes.
