What I'm looking for

I'm interested in a graduate-level role in business administration or financial accounting to develop a new career in the profession.

At Brac Uganda bank limited, I worked as a customer relationship officer, handling SEP loan assessments and disbursements, recoveries, daily reports, and branch portfolio risk. I managed an outstanding portfolio of over 1 billion.

I increased the branch portfolio by 30% within one year and generated revenue growth of 11% during my five years of service.

At MFI document Solution Company, Uganda, I managed relationships with over 50 corporate customers and promoted document solutions. I also identified business opportunities and prepared weekly reports.

At GO TV- Multichoice Uganda LTD, Uganda, I served as an administrative assistant and customer care representative, and was promoted to supervisor leading a team of 10 sales representatives. Earlier, at Uganda Telecom, I handled customer care, record keeping, and reconciliation of financial statements.
