I've supported customer care, marketing, loan disbursement, and portfolio management at Uranusta Ltd in Uganda. As a Team Leader, I market to new clients, verify client information, manage sales records, and maintain portfolios.

At BRAC Bank Uganda Limited's head office, I supported the Human Resource and Recruitment department by updating employee documents, assisting with regional recruitment, surveying unfilled positions, and entering employee data.

During my internship at Platinum Credit, I generated business through referral calls, responded to customer inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and in person, and resolved complaints professionally. I also maintained accurate customer information in CRM systems and communicated product information clearly.

I'm motivated by reliable service, strong communication, teamwork, and delivering high standards under pressure. I hold a Bachelor of Microfinance from Kyambogo University.
