At UGAFODE Microfinance, I manage Credit Reference Bureau data submissions, resolve bureau disputes, and help ensure regulatory thresholds and submission deadlines are met.
I've analyzed CRB input and output files, reported on data quality and rejected records, reconciled invoices, cleaned up open bureau accounts, and supported staff training to improve data accuracy. I also represent the bank in central bank, UBA, and credit bureau committees.
Previously, I supported UGAFODE's legal and credit operations by registering securities, reconciling perfection ledgers, preparing security-perfection documents, reviewing collateral and loan documentation, and managing collateral movement.
