At MEDVARSITY TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD., I plan and deliver learning initiatives for admission counsellors and sales teams supporting healthcare upskilling programs. I manage onboarding, product and process training, and performance-focused coaching.

I use conversion rates, call quality, attendance and assessment results to identify capability gaps and shape training interventions. Through structured coaching and targeted interventions, I contributed to a 30% improvement in team output within six months.

I designed scenario-based eLearning with Articulate 360 and published SCORM packages through Zoho LMS. I also administer the LMS and deliver instructor-led and virtual sessions through Zoom.

I apply Kirkpatrick evaluation principles and business performance indicators to assess learning effectiveness, then prepare dashboards and present insights to senior leadership.
