What I'm looking for

I'm seeking permanent hybrid or remote Learning & Development and learning performance roles, preferably aligned with India/IST or UK working hours, where I can lead onboarding, training, coaching, and performance-improvement programs.

I've built learning and performance programs at Medvarsity Technology for sales teams in EdTech and healthcare, delivering virtual and in-person training for national and international audiences.

I own onboarding end-to-end, from course content and Zoho LMS setup to learner tracking and readiness follow-up. I use Power BI, performance dashboards, Kirkpatrick evaluation, and AI tools to identify learning gaps and improve training workflows.

Through structured coaching, feedback, role-plays, and development plans, I improved team output by 30% within six months. I work closely with senior leaders, content experts, and academic partners to keep learning aligned with business needs.
