At Qualys, I help build the Global Sales Enablement function, operating model, and delivery processes while supporting Sales, Technical Sales, Leadership, and Partner teams worldwide. I transformed the Showpad platform through redesigned information architecture, governance, navigation, and GTM and Partner experiences.
Previously at BMC Software, I managed global onboarding and leadership development programs including Ignite, Leadership Academy, First Line Leaders, and Partner Enablement. I supported BMC's flagship sales onboarding in Madrid and Houston, contributed to global Sales Kickoff execution, and led Salesforce-LMS and ServiceNow workflow automation.
My experience at GSK and Accenture spans global learning operations, organizational transitions, virtual learning delivery, and enterprise program governance. I use AI, Power BI, Tableau, and enablement platforms to improve learning consistency, adoption, and operational efficiency.

Joined as the second member of the Global Sales Enablement team, helping build the function, operating model, and delivery processes from the ground up. Led the transformation of the Showpad enablement platform and introduced scalable digital learning experiences using Articulate 360.
Managed global sales onboarding and leadership development programs including Ignite, Leadership Academy, and First Line Leaders. Played a key operational role in the annual Sales Kickoff and led automation initiatives including Salesforce-LMS integration and ServiceNow workflow implementation.
