I’m an Application Support Engineer with 4+ years delivering L2 production support for enterprise applications in Azure-based environments. I focus on incident management, log analysis, SQL-driven troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve production issues within SLA.

I work end to end through the incident lifecycle in ServiceNow—triaging, prioritising, resolving within SLA, and escalating major incidents with clear communication. I also strengthen operations through Problem Management and ITIL v4-aligned Incident, Problem, and Change processes, including knowledge base documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.

Across releases and deployments, I support post-release validation and monitor batch jobs and scheduled tasks (Windows Task Scheduler) to prevent downstream failures. I’ve also supported on-premise-to-Microsoft Azure cloud migrations with pre-migration validation and cutover-ready production support, while building Power BI dashboards for incident trends and SLA visibility.
