What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own Java application reliability—handling incidents, driving root-cause fixes, and supporting deployments/validations—while working toward clear SLAs with a collaborative operations team.

I’m a Software Engineer with 4.9 years of experience in Java-based application and production support (L1/L2) for enterprise systems. I focus on incident management, root cause analysis, and keeping services stable within SLA timelines.

At DXC Technology, I resolve P1–P3 incidents, support deployments and post-release validation, and handle billing and claims module issues. I’ve also participated in DR exercises and outage calls, and managed production monitoring for high-visibility environments like Guardian Life Insurance (GLIC) and BNP Paribas Asset Management.

I bring hands-on experience with WebSphere (WAS 9), Oracle, and monitoring/automation tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, and ServiceNow, plus API testing with Postman. I’m also Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certified, and I enjoy turning operational signals into durable improvements that prevent repeat issues.
