I've supported complex IT environments across healthcare, legal, and education, most recently directing Tier 1 and 2 escalations at Allied HDS for multiple MSPs. I engineered PowerShell automation, resolved Intune, Exchange, and Office 365 issues, and delivered remote onboarding and training.
At TSA Choice, I designed Ethernet and server infrastructure, implemented hybrid Azure and virtual servers for state and medical clients, and strengthened security through SonicWall and Fortinet firewall analysis. I also configured UniFi, Aruba, HP, and Cisco equipment and supported Citrix, EMR, QuickBooks, Sage, and VoIP systems.
Earlier, I led a Windows XP-to-Windows 7 migration for more than 200 Mission Hospital users and provided hands-on NOC, embedded, and VoIP support. I bring practical experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, cloud administration, remote support, and user training.
