I am a highly versatile systems administrator with eight years of hands-on experience managing endpoint, network, and server environments across hybrid and cloud infrastructures. I have supported both professional and academic organizations, maintaining large device fleets and ensuring reliable, secure operations.

My technical work includes administering hybrid Active Directory and O365/Entra environments, Intune and PDQ-based deployments, Mac management with Kandji, and network solutions using Cisco Meraki. I have led migrations (Windows 10 to 11), large endpoint refreshes, and conference-room and collaboration system upgrades while coordinating vendors and budgets.
