I helped contribute to a 10× expansion of the non-UPS partner network (~2,000 → 20,000+ locations) by evolving processes, targets, and shared KPIs during a scale-up from ~20 to 100+ employees; previously, I owned LATAM expansion and strengthened partner acquisition across the Americas. Before that, I built an apparel brand as Founder & CEO, growing to $250k+ in revenue with partnerships, SEO, and paid acquisition, and earlier at UNION INVESTMENT I supported risk and efficiency improvements by identifying a critical SAP control gap while reinforcing sustainability—work that shaped how I approach growth with structure, measurable outcomes, and long-term thinking.
