What I'm looking for

I'm looking to further develop my career in Belgium in a customer-focused role supporting SaaS applications and e-commerce platforms, while continuing to improve my French and Dutch.

I've supported merchants at Gomag (Silkweb SA), providing Customer Success and technical support for a SaaS e-commerce platform. I help users configure and optimize online stores, resolve website and integration issues, and manage support tickets through Zendesk.

Previously, I created technical drawings, project documentation, and 3D building models at Anker SRL using Archicad and Twinmotion. I bring customer-facing experience, clear documentation, user training, and a commitment to strong customer experiences as I continue developing my French and Dutch in Belgium.
