I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can deliver high-quality support through phone, email, and live chat, and also apply my troubleshooting and technical assistance skills to resolve issues quickly.

I’m a customer-focused representative with experience delivering high-quality support through phone, email, and live chat. I take pride in being attentive, responsive, and easy to work with when customers need help quickly.

Across my roles, I’ve handled troubleshooting and technical assistance for both software and hardware issues. I combine active listening, critical thinking, and clear communication to solve problems and guide customers to a successful outcome.
