At ASIFIWE INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY, I manage server, desktop, and mobile devices, maintain the school’s technology infrastructure, and provide technical support to staff and students. I also train students and staff in ICDL intermediate to Professional Certificates .
At IMPACT LOGISTICS AND CONSULT LTD, I provided first-line support to clients and staff, managed Helpdesk requests, and resolved hardware, software, and network issues. I also monitored network activity and supported the development of IT policies and procedures.
Through IMPACT LOGISTICS AND CONSULT LTD, I implemented search and rescue services at Control tower Entebbe International Airport, an ICT laboratory for visually impaired students at Hornby High school Kabale, and an ICT specialized Centre at Jinja Agricultural Trade show grounds.
