In my current role as a Front Desk Nurse at Dr Charles Hammond's Clinic, I greet and assist patients and visitors, manage check-ins and registrations, and coordinate with medical and administrative staff to keep patient flow smooth. I also handle incoming calls professionally, maintain accurate patient records with confidentiality, and ensure appointments are managed accurately and efficiently.

Earlier roles in hospitality and retail strengthened my front-line complaint handling and service-recovery approach. From managing guest inquiries and reservations at Backyard Bar and Grill to handling customer complaints and product information at Skinicles Body Shop and Tessy Groceries Store, I consistently deliver clear guidance, follow up on issues, and help build brand loyalty.
