What I'm looking for
I’m a customer service professional with hands-on experience managing high-volume client interactions across in-person, phone, and email channels in a fast-paced clinic environment. I stay composed under pressure, using active listening and strong written and verbal communication to keep service flowing smoothly.
In my current role, I resolve service, billing, and procedure inquiries while coordinating appointment scheduling, confirmations, and same-day rescheduling for a multi-practitioner office. I also serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, de-escalating concerns and redirecting complex cases to the appropriate staff.
I’m detail-focused when it comes to records management and compliance. I register and update client records across active cases, apply strict confidentiality protocols, and maintain full compliance with data-handling policies—recording zero breaches.
Earlier, I built communication and production foundations through internships in broadcast and news environments. From drafting scripts and supporting live segments to conducting stakeholder interviews and producing published content, I strengthened my accuracy, attention to detail, and deadline-driven workflow.
