I am a People and Culture associate with hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through offboarding, and a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA). I led HR documentation, maintained rigorous records, and produced reporting and analytics to inform leadership decisions.

My background includes supporting talent and development initiatives—updating learning content and assisting training delivery—and translating regulatory inspection feedback into corrective actions for restaurant operations. I have also served as a primary guest contact in customer service roles, sharpening my communication and problem-solving skills.

I drive employee engagement and DEI efforts as a culture ambassador and am proficient in HR systems and productivity tools such as ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Calendly, and Canva. I seek roles where I can apply HR operations expertise and analytics to improve employee experience and organizational outcomes.
